How do military wives deal with the news of deployment?

My husband just told me that he got orders to be deployed. This is my 1st, his 2nd. All I could do is cry. I feel like a big baby cause there are so many wives out there going through the same thing. Any help? How do military wives deal with the news of deployment?
There will be many many crying nights. But the best way to get through it is to stay busy. Get involved with the FRG cause then you will meet other women who are going through the same thing as you are. And they offer free activities for you and if you have any there are also activities for your children. My husband just got back from Iraq and after a year home he is leaving again in Jan. for Afghanistan. There is no easy way through it, but just try to stay busy so time will go by faster. How do military wives deal with the news of deployment?
What you are feeling is absolutely normal! It is a very hard thing to go through-but connecting with other military wives is always helpful!
